Before the procedure, you will need to fill in the checkin form and our team will give a consultation. Therefore, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.

You don't need to bring anything to enjoy our services. We provide everything you need, including a spa outfit, disposable underwear, toiletries, hairbrush, and a hairdryer.

Checkin & Consultation Form
If this is your first visit, you'll need to fill out our consultation form. Please use your information from back home; it doesn’t need to be Vietnamese details. This helps us keep your profile on file for future visits so we can serve you better. Rest assured, your information is safe with us and will not be shared with any third party.
Appointment and Cancellation Policy
At Ukiyo Spa, we are committed to providing a fully relaxing experience and ensuring the highest service quality for every guest. To do so, fair and efficient scheduling is essential. Please kindly review the following policy:
1. Appointments
- Clients are not required to place a deposit when booking.
- However, appointments will only be held for a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled time. After that, if there is no notice from the client, the appointment will be canceled to prioritize other guests.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
- If a client reschedules or cancels an appointment less than 24 hours in advance for two consecutive times, the next booking will only be secured once the client pays the full service fee in advance.
- If late reschedules or cancellations continue after that, all future bookings will require full payment in advance and the fee will not be refunded if further changes or cancellations are made.
- We do not offer rescheduling, refunds, or service fee credits for missed appointments or late cancellations without at least 24 hours notice.
3. Additional Notes
- Last minute changes can disrupt our operations and affect the experience of other clients. We kindly ask for your understanding and encourage thoughtful scheduling to ensure your treatment goes smoothly.
- In cases of sudden illness or unforeseen emergencies, please reach out to Ukiyo Spa as early as possible so we can offer flexible assistance when possible.

Age Policy
Spa treatments are available for guests ages 16 and over. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Pet Policy
We are proud to be a pet-friendly establishment, with our beloved English Bulldog, Sake, as an integral part of our team since 2020. Sake is well-groomed, clean, and adored by many of our clients. However, we understand that not everyone may be comfortable around pets or may have allergies. To ensure your comfort, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you have any allergies or prefer a pet-free space, so we can make the necessary arrangements. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Massage Oil Usage Policy
To maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and treatment quality, all massage services at Ukiyo Spa will be performed using our in-house curated selection of professional grade oils and products.
Clients are not permitted to bring or request the use of their own oils during any service. This policy ensures consistency in treatment results, avoids potential allergic reactions or contamination, and protects the integrity of our technician’ techniques and protocols.
Our oils are dermatologically tested, carefully selected for therapeutic performance, and handled under strict hygiene controls. Should you have any known allergies or sensitivities, please inform us before your session. We will do our best to accommodate your needs using our approved in-house alternatives.

Medical & Wellbeing
Please inform us of any medical needs, physical conditions, or ailments that require our attention. For your safety, and the safety of our staff, we strongly discourage alcohol consumption prior to spa treatments, immediate sun exposure following skincare therapy, and shaving before or after exfoliation.
Our technicians
We have both male and female technicians who are highly skilled, professional, and exceptionally attentive. If you prefer a male or female technician, please let us know in the note section when booking, and our team will confirm your preference via WhatsApp, iMessage, or Email, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience.
Tipping
At Ukiyo Spa, tipping is not required, as our technicians are well-compensated for their work. We focus on providing exceptional service, and while gratuities are appreciated, they are entirely optional. We encourage you to tip when you are truly happy with the service you received. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Treatment time
- If you can't arrive on time, please let us know in advance so we can adjust your booking.
- We allow time after each appointment for sanitizing the treatment room and common areas.
- Arriving late will shorten your treatment to ensure the next guest isn’t delayed, but the full treatment cost will still apply. Please plan your travel time accordingly to avoid any rush.
Cellphones
Please respect our tranquil environment and avoid using your cellphone.
Jewellery and Valuables
A spa locker will be provided for your personal belongings, but we recommend leaving any valuables at home. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your items.
Parking
We have limited parking spaces for motorbikes. If you're arriving by car, please let us know in advance, and our team will assist you with parking in a nearby area.
