Spa treatments are available for guests ages 16 and over. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please inform us of any medical needs, physical conditions, or ailments that require our attention. For your safety, and the safety of our staff, we strongly discourage alcohol consumption prior to spa treatments, immediate sun exposure following skincare therapy, and shaving before or after exfoliation.

We have both male and female technicians who are highly skilled, professional, and exceptionally attentive. If you prefer a male or female technician, please let us know in the note section when booking, and our team will confirm your preference via WhatsApp, iMessage, or Email, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience.

At Ukiyo Spa, tipping is not required, as our technicians are well-compensated for their work. We focus on providing exceptional service, and while gratuities are appreciated, they are entirely optional. We encourage you to tip when you are truly happy with the service you received. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

• If you can't arrive on time, please let us know in advance so we can adjust your booking.
• We allow time after each appointment for sanitizing the treatment room and common areas.
• Arriving late will shorten your treatment to ensure the next guest isn’t delayed, but the full treatment cost will still apply. Please plan your travel time accordingly to avoid any rush.

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to change or cancel your appointment we require a minimum of 24 hour’s notice or your service will be charged in full.

Any changes to a booked appointment made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to availability; if we cannot accommodate the change or if you choose not to proceed, you will be charged the full service fee for the originally booked appointment.

Please respect our tranquil environment and avoid using your cellphone. 

A spa locker will be provided for your personal belongings, but we recommend leaving any valuables at home. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your items.

We have limited parking spaces for motorbikes. If you're arriving by car, please let us know in advance, and our team will assist you with parking in a nearby area.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and JCB (excluding Amex and Diners Club), as well as cash and bank transfers.
